Meet
Ola Carlson and Alex Skärlén
Opened in November 2019 by two of Stockholm’s most acclaimed, well-travelled and multiple-award-winning bartenders Ola Carlson and Alex Skärlén. The tiny intimate and cozy space with only 38 seated guests surround the long, prominent dark oak wood bar, which acts as the centerpiece of the room and immediately gives you the clear impression of what establishment is all about. A strictly minimalistic concept that flows right down to the drinks menu.

Guest Master Class – 6.30pm
We shall be opening this event to all local mixology enthusiasts who would like to attend. Starting with a introduction and discussion of the history and philosophy of the craft, this will then lead the way to a live demonstration of crafting some of the world’s best cocktails that put Lucy’s Flower Shop on the 50 Best. A tasting will follow suit along with an interactive Q & A session.

Bar Takeover – 7.30pm
This bar takeover will be lead by Alex & Ola, aided by the TORA team. Guest are invited to purchase an exclusive ticket to taste 3 of Alex & Ola’s exclusive cocktails.
TORA guests dining in on the evening can also enjoy these on an a la carte basis.
